Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment cards via our Worldpay integration:

These card logos will be displayed on the checkout page when making a payment.

Accepted Currencies

All online payments are processed in GBP (£) through Worldpay.

If additional currencies become available through another payment provider, this information will be clearly stated at the point of payment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not routinely offered once a payment has been processed.

Recurring Payments (FuturePay)

In cases where recurring payments have been arranged (FuturePay agreements):

The payment frequency, amount, and duration will be confirmed to you in writing.
You will receive confirmation of your initial and subsequent payments by email.
To cancel a FuturePay agreement, please email accounts@mcvicardebtcollections.co.uk at least ten (10) working days before your next scheduled payment.
Cancellations made within ten working days of the next payment may not take effect until the following cycle.
